STRATEGIC EVENTS.
STRONGER COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS.
For nonprofits looking to deepen relationships—not just raise dollars. I help mission-driven teams design meaningful events and build the systems to support them.
About the Founder
Hi, I’m Gayle, New Noon’s fundraising consultant for nonprofits who want to reimagine their donor growth strategies.
Events consultant, systems thinker, and someone who believes that community-centered work deserves care and strategy. I’ve spent years inside nonprofits of all sizes, and I know what it’s like to juggle event planning, donor follow-up, and a dozen messages at once.
I work with organizations that are ready to move beyond the gala. You want donor experiences that reflect your values and your community, not your nearest hotel ballroom. You want more sustainers, fewer spreadsheets, and events that don’t leave your staff burned out.
I bring a lived understanding of how power, identity, and relationship-building intersect. What I offer isn’t a plug-and-play template. It’s a collaborative process to help you build something intentional, impactful, and totally yours.
New Noon Consulting is here to increase your capacity for cultivating relationships, not your workload.
My work includes the following:
-Raised 110% of the fundraising goal for a large Tennessee-based organization (2024) at the first in-person event in 5 years.
-At that same organization, retained 24% of new donors from 2023 to 2024, and increased retention to 32% for 2025
-Grew Monthly Sustainer revenue—both nonpartisan and electoral—year over year through birthday and anniversary cards and a monthly newsletter.
-Designed two successful upgrade campaigns to move lower-level donors toward mid-level giving.
-Upgraded 20% of lower-level donors for Fiscal Year 2025
-Led grassroots fundraising efforts for one of Tennessee’s largest reproductive health organizations through major challenges—federal funding cuts, restrictive legislation, and voter apathy.
Let’s work together to create opportunities for long-term relationships to blossom.
What I offer
Donor Strategy & Monthly Giving
The gala’s not your only tool. I’ll help you design smaller-scale, values-aligned events that encourage recurring giving. That means more monthly sustainers and stronger donor engagement over time.
Event planning & systems
Together, we’ll build out processes you can repeat and improve using vendor tracking, budget templates, run-of-show docs, and donor follow-up workflows that don’t live in someone’s head or Google Drive folder chaos.
Speaking events & workshops
Grounded, systems-minded talks and trainings for teams, conferences, or events. I cover topics like cultivation vs. fundraising, building recurring donor culture, event planning for small teams, and the power dynamics that shape community engagement. Strategy-forward, practical, and never one-size-fits-all.
Let’s get the narrative with the numbers.
Good events are more than just vibes.
I’ll work with your team to track and analyze:
Donor conversion before/after events
Vendor and logistics info for easier repeat planning
Staff capacity, time spent, and return on effort
Engagement trends over time
You’ll get tools and templates that help you track what’s working—and leave behind what’s not.
You’ll get everything you need to help you track what’s working-and leave behind what’s not.
Let’s work together!
Whether you're planning a fundraising event, trying to build systems that last, or simply want to talk through what’s next—I’d love to hear from you.
